All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs or currency fluctuations, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Areas

We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

5.3 Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, slippers cannot be returned unless defective.
